We are pleased to announce that our team member Lukas Suchý was honored with the prestigious Hans-Winter Prize at the FVA Information Conference 2023 in Würzburg. The presentation was titled „Strength Verification of Press-Fit Connections Under Gear-Specific Combined Loads„. This award recognizes Lukas’s outstanding contributions to the calculation of component fatigue in contacts. During the annual community meeting, further colleagues presented on topics such as „Combined Thrust Radial Bearings“ (Mr. Friedrich), „Lubricant Qualification in Plain Bearings“ (Mr. Prase), and „Friction Coefficient Development in Component Joining“ (Mr. Oehme). IKAT remains dedicated to innovative developments.
