We welcome Aviral Gupta as a new member to our professorship. He completed his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering in India at Chandigarh College of Engineering and Technology, Panjab University. In 2016, Mr. Gupta started a Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering at the West Saxon University of Applied Sciences Zwickau WHZ. After his successful graduation from WHZ, Mr. Gupta was already able to gain experience as a research assistant, also at WHZ. He was involved in the design of mechanical assemblies for current collector systems. In the future, Mr. Gupta will be working on the research project: „Study on the fatigue strength evaluation of case-hardened shaft-like components“.
