The professorship says goodbye to its member of staff Silvano Giuseppe Oehme. Mr. Oehme was part of the tribology group and supervised projects on friction coefficient development and wear, among other things. Mr. Oehme was also responsible for cooperation with various partners in these areas. Mr. Oehme distinguished himself through his structured work and imaginative commitment to improving work processes at the institute.
