On the occasion of the start of the priority project SPP2443 “Hybrid Decision Support”, the project participants met in Paderborn to get to know each other and exchange ideas with other research centres. Our colleague Leon J. Stahr from the “Sustainable Products” group represented IKAT and presented the “HYDRA” project together with colleagues from the Chair of Artificial Intelligence (Chemnitz University of Technology). HYDRA is intended to support engineers in their CAD work in the future and thus contribute to faster and better designs. The three-day meeting resulted in numerous links to other projects and a joint roadmap for the coming project duration.
