Our skittles evening quickly made one thing clear: the competitive spirit at IKAT is not limited to research and development. From the very first throw, everyone was fine-tuning their technique, speed, and accuracy in pursuit of the highest score.
Particularly impressive was the performance of Prof. Erhard Leidich, former head of the professorship. With remarkable consistency and precision throughout the evening, he left little room for the competition and secured first place in convincing fashion. Once again, he proved that experience is simply invaluable.
Second place went to Lars Friedrich, who delivered strong performances across all rounds. A perfect example of the saying: consistency is key.
Third place was claimed by Denny Knabner, who refused to let a few less-than-perfect throws slow him down and kept fighting for every point until the very end.
The evening once again showed that the competitive spirit of IKAT does not stop at the laboratory door. 💪
Congratulations to our winners:
🥇 Prof. Erhard Leidich
🥈 Lars Friedrich
🥉 Denny Knabner
A huge thank you also goes to Sebastian Radtke for organizing the event and making this fantastic evening possible!
We are already looking forward to the rematch. 😉
