The document delivery service is been for many years a service of the library to all members of the TUC. The old name „Inhouse delivery service“ has changed to „Internal university document delivery service“
The delivery service can be used from your office or from home or en route. You will promptly receive your requested article or chapter out of the collection from the University Library. This service is free of charge. From now on, this service can be used directly via our catalogue. In the case of printed media, the order form is linked directly when viewing the single search match.

The order form will be filled automatically, so that only article data needs to be added. In the case of journal articles, the call number has to be added. In the case of books, the call number will be added automatically.
Your order is processed promptly. The download link will be sent via e-mail. If we need more time, we will inform you.
The legal basis is the German copyright law, particulary §60e paragraph 5 Urheberrechtsgesetz (UrhG). Members of the TU Chemnitz are able to order PDF files of journal articles and excerpts from books (up to 10% of the total number of pages) of the collection from the University Library for non-commercial use.
